Is the virtual try-on accurate?+
It's directional. We treat it as a shared reference — a starting point for the conversation, not a promise.
What if I need to reschedule?+
Members enjoy unlimited flexibility. Non-members may reschedule up to 24 hours before their appointment at no cost.
Do you work with textured and coily hair?+
